In the event that video does not identify the conductor of such activity, or does not result in a fine, no reward shall be given. In the event that multiple videos are attained of the same illegal incident, then either the reward can be split among all who submitted a video instrumental in charging the conductor of the illegal activity, or the first video submitted that is successfully used to charge the conductor of the illegal activity shall receive the reward. The remainig 50% shall be used by the agency issuing the citation, as they do with any other fine that is received.
