SUFFRAGE AND ELECTIONS, Prohibition on expenditure of public funds for campaign spending; Section 7 of Article VI of the State Constitution to remove the requirement that a method of public financing for campaigns for statewide office be established by law and to prohibit the expenditure of any public funds on campaigns for state or local elections.
